Current Status: Naisu Press does not currently sell books directly via naisu.pro.

Future Coverage (within 2026) will Include:

  • Formats: Ebooks by default, with selective print editions. Each product will clearly indicate its format.
  • Payments: Details on accepted methods (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), pricing transparency, and taxes.
  • Shipping: For physical books, fulfillment processes and timeframes will be outlined.

Cancellations & Returns Physical Goods (Print Books)

UK

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015: Customers may return goods within 30 days if faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel orders placed online, starting from the day after delivery.

EU

  • Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): 14-day withdrawal period for returns. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

US

  • State Laws: Refund policies vary by state. For example, California requires sellers to clearly display return policies.
  • Best Practice: We offer a 30-day return window for defective or damaged physical goods.

Digital Goods (eBooks) General Policy

All digital purchases (eBooks, downloads) are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of:

  • Technical faults (e.g., file corruption, inability to download).
  • Misrepresentation (content differs materially from its description).
