naisu.pro and shop.naisu.pro · updated 21 October 2026

This page says what personal data Naisu Limited collects, why, where it is kept, for how long, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as the work needs. We do not sell data, show advertising, or build profiles of visitors.

Who is responsible

Naisu Limited, registered in England & Wales, No. 16039918, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, is the controller of the data described here. Write to m@naisu.pro about anything on this page.

When you visit naisu.pro

When you buy

Everything is sold through shop.naisu.pro. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe is the merchant of record: it handles payment and tax, and is responsible for your card details, which we never see or store. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

From Stripe we receive your email address, your country, what you bought and what you paid. The shop keeps this as the order record, and uses your email to deliver what you bought and to sign you in to your library. Each download is logged with its time and your IP address, to protect the files. Basis: the contract between us. Order records, with their download logs, are kept for six years, because UK company law requires the order records.

When you commission work, or write to us

We keep your messages and anything you send us for the work, for as long as the work lasts and then for six years when it was paid for. Our mail server is our own; outgoing mail is relayed through SMTP2GO so that it arrives. Basis: the contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you.

Where the data is kept

Our servers are in Helsinki, Finland, with Hetzner. Stripe and SMTP2GO may process data outside the UK; each does so under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, or stop using it. You can also ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to m@naisu.pro; we answer within one month. We keep order records for the six years the law requires, even when asked to delete them.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
