Refunds

Naisu Press sells digital editions and nothing physical, so there is nothing to post back and no return postage. This page says when a payment is refunded.

Before you download

Cancel within fourteen days of purchase by writing to support@naisu.pro from the email address you used at checkout. If the file has not been downloaded or opened, the payment is refunded in full.

After you download

Once you download or open the file, supply has begun and the right to cancel is lost; you consented to this at checkout. A refund is still made where the edition is faulty: the file will not open, is incomplete or corrupt, or is not the title and edition described. Tell us what is wrong. We first supply a repaired or replacement file; if we cannot do that within a reasonable time, the payment is refunded.

How a refund is paid

Refunds are issued by Stripe, the merchant of record, to the payment method you used, normally within five to ten working days of approval. Every request is acknowledged within five working days.

What is not refunded

A change of mind after download. A newer edition appearing: editions are immutable and the one you bought stays available to you. A file that opens and is the title described.
