Terms of Sale

Naisu Press · Naisu Limited · Company 16039918 · corrected 4 September 2026

What is sold

Naisu Press publishes digital editions only: PDF and EPUB. No printed book is sold through this site. Every title states its format, its edition and its price before you buy.

Status

No title is orderable yet. The catalogue lists what is forthcoming. When a title becomes orderable these terms apply to its sale; until then nothing on this site is an offer to sell.

Who sells, and who takes the payment

Sales are made through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe takes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice, and handles the tax on the sale. Naisu Limited is the publisher and remains responsible for the content of every edition and for these terms. Prices are shown inclusive of any VAT or sales tax that applies at checkout for the country you buy from.

Delivery

A digital edition is delivered at the point of purchase, by a download link sent to the email address you give at checkout. Nothing physical ships. Editions are immutable: the edition in force when you bought it stays available to you when a newer one appears.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you have fourteen days from purchase to cancel a distance contract. For digital content that right is lost once supply begins, and supply begins when you download or open the file. Before you download, checkout asks for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is then lost. Until you download, you may cancel by writing to support@naisu.pro and the payment is refunded in full.

Faults

If an edition is faulty — the file will not open, is incomplete, or is not the title and edition described — tell support@naisu.pro. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for EU buyers, Directive (EU) 2019/770, you are entitled to a repaired or replacement file and, where that cannot be done within a reasonable time, a refund. The refunds page says how this is handled.

Licence

A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read the edition on your own devices. It does not transfer copyright and it does not permit redistribution, resale or public posting of the file.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
